The Fitness Facility at the Club is fully equipped. The state of the art fitness equipment, including plate loaded resistance machines, free weights and a variety of cardio equipment helps members put in a great workout.
Personal Training
Personal training is available for any member who wishes to improve upon one or many aspects of their physical fitness in a safe and effective manner. From cardiovascular fitness, strength conditioning and flexibility to weight loss or sport specific training; the Club’s certified Personal Trainer can design a programme that will help you achieve your fitness goals. Group Personal Training is also available.
